Where are you located, and where are your clients from?

My studio was officially founded in 2019 in Monterrey, Mexico, and since then, I've worked with clients from all around the world. Although I live as a digital nomad, the business remains rooted in Mexico, allowing me to serve a global clientele while bringing a multicultural perspective to every project.

What kind of clients do you work with?

Accepted Answer

I work best with clients who value clarity, authenticity, and thoughtful communication. My ideal clients include entrepreneurs, small business owners, wellness and health professionals, coaches, creatives, and specialty businesses. They’re ready to invest in their growth, want a cohesive and professional brand presence, and are excited to collaborate on creating something meaningful that truly connects with their audience. I do not work with projects that promote alcohol, tobacco, harmful substances, hate speech, discrimination, or exploitative practices. If you’re unsure whether your brand aligns, feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to talk it through.

Do I need to purchase all services or can I pick just one?

Accepted Answer

You can choose only the service(s) you need. The number assigned to each service shows the ideal order in which to purchase it in order to follow the brand growth. Please notice that in order to provide you with a functional (and beautiful) website, I will need a clear direction on Brand Strategy and Visual Identity first. Tip: Many clients get the most value by bundling up because they also come with a discount.

Question 4

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

Normally, your investment will be split in two payments: 50% at the beginning of your project and 50% at the end, right before you receive your final files. If you're passionate about collaborating but facing financial limitations, we can explore options like breaking the investment into multiple payments. Please note that this would extend the project timeline until the full payment is received. Feel free to reach out, and I'll do my best to assist you in finding a solution. However, out of respect for my craft and in order to ensure the highest quality for every client, I do not lower my prices

Can I *just* get a logo?

Accepted Answer

The short answer is no. A brand is so much more than a logo. My promise to all my clients is to be a guide in their growth process by providing a wholistic approach. No band-aid fixes here.

I want to work with you how do we begin?

Accepted Answer

To begin our collaboration, simply click the button below or head over to the 'contact' page and complete the form. From there, we’ll schedule a complimentary discovery video call via Google Meet. This is an opportunity for us to connect and explore how we can work together. If we feel like a good match by the end of the conversation, I’ll move forward by preparing a personalized proposal for you.

Can I contribute ideas for my logo?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I absolutely welcome your ideas and inspiration for your logo. It's my desire to please you with the results. However, my ultimate goal is to guide you toward the best direction for your brand, which may differ from your initial vision. If you're set on bringing a specific concept to life exactly as you envision it, I might not be the right fit for you. My focus is on creating a design that not only reflects your brand but also aligns with strategy and purpose.

Can you design my website without the Brand Strategy and Visual Identity?

Accepted Answer

The short answer is no. The equivalent would be giving you a microphone, but without giving you something important to say. It is noisy, useless and *a waste of your hard-earned money*. There's no quick Band-aid fixes here.

I create websites that are not only visually compelling but also strategic and functional. For that I need a clear brand direction, messaging and visuals.

If you already have a professionally designed visual identity, and professional copywriting, I would be happy to implement it for your website. Otherwise, we will need to include other services before we arrive to the website.

What kind of support will I get during my project?

Accepted Answer

I’m happy to meet and chat as much as needed throughout the process. You can schedule as many "orientation sessions" as needed.
For clarity, these are different from actual project revisions (this means the number of amends). Each project proposal comes with its unique number of revisions included. Additional revisions may have an extra cost.

Question 10

Who will own the project after its completion?

Accepted Answer

After the last payment, all the deliverables become property of the client. I will keep the rights to showcase the project for my portfolio, social media etc.
