I discovered that I really enjoy the texture of oil painting. I like using a palette knife to literally stab the canvas and create the impasto. I find it such a great way to release stress. Here are some pieces from my last show “Roots in Motion” that explored texture 🎨

I had 26 pieces in my last exhibition “Roots in Motion” here are some of them. This was an amazing experience about plein air painting and living in the San Luis Valley ❤️🎨 some of the pieces were sold, but some are still available.
